Rock & Refuge was founded to support the Church and faith-based organisations to respond to the mental health needs of the people they serve. The church are often the first responders to many of those suffering from trauma and distress yet often have limited resources. Working with vulnerable people has an impact on those who serve them, and Rock & Refuge feels passionately about providing a comprehensive network for both those seeking and providing help. Support can be provided in a variety of ways which can be found on the Services page. All methods are based on the most up to date research in the field of mental health, and evidence-based practice.
